Kathleen Roberson Miller is a native of southwest Louisiana and has been employed at Health Systems 2000 for 19 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Accounting and Finance from the University of Southwest Louisiana in Lafayette, Louisiana.   She has been in healthcare administration for over 35 years performing finance and accounting as well as administrative leadership roles.   She is considered an administrative professional offering excellent communication and computer skills with a high level of multicultural awareness and adaptability. One of her major strengths is managing multiple projects simultaneously and fostering a cohesive staff.  Her innovative accounting skills provides proficiency in extracting financial data from various reporting systems and suggesting key operational changes.  She provides human resource guidance and leadership on policy interpretation, performance management, and compliance with state and federal laws.  She facilitates the benefits program including the annual insurance renewal process. She also facilitates the recruiting life-cycle by identifying, interviewing and onboarding associates in a high growth industry.
